Tidumi Terms of Use
Updated: October 17, 2026.
Operator and service
Tidumi is provided by Roametry Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16527098. Registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. For support, billing, data requests and complaints, email info@tidumi.app or use Settings → Help and feedback.
These terms govern the Tidumi educational service: facts, audio, quizzes, progress and additional features available in your app version. Read these terms and the purchase offer before buying. The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing; accepting these terms does not give blanket consent to optional processing. Obtain parental or guardian consent where the law requires it for use or purchases.
Account and use
Starting the app creates a guest account associated with an installation identifier. Sign in with Apple lets you associate data with an account. Account access and store purchase rights are separate: restoring an eligible purchase does not restore deleted progress, collections or other learning data. Protect access to your device and Apple ID. Do not bypass security, obtain others’ data, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. For verified abuse, we may restrict the relevant access proportionately; where possible, we will explain why and offer an email appeal. Account restrictions do not themselves cancel an Apple subscription.
Premium, price and payment
Paid offers are purchased through Apple. The selected offer identifies the content or services being purchased, price, currency and payment period. A subscription charge covers the entire selected period, rather than an illustrative monthly equivalent. Apple charges your account after purchase confirmation, subject to any applicable introductory offer. These terms do not independently promise a particular Premium feature, plan or trial; the purchase offer defines the paid access and these terms do not reduce what that offer promises.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period at the price indicated by Apple unless you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before expiration. Price changes and any required consent follow Apple’s notices and rules.
A free trial or introductory price applies only when included in your offer and you meet its eligibility conditions. Check its duration and the subsequent price before confirming. Paid renewal starts afterwards unless you cancel in time. Without an explicitly offered trial or other introductory payment arrangement, payment starts on purchase confirmation.
A one-time purchase, when offered, has no recurring charge or automatic renewal. Its scope and duration follow the access expressly described in the purchase offer. A one-time payment does not by itself include every future product or feature.
Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Manage subscriptions in Apple settings or Apple subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund. Paid access normally continues until the current period ends, unless the store refunds or revokes the purchase, for example. Access after cancelling a free trial depends on the trial and store rules; do not assume that unused free time will remain available. Use Restore purchases with the same Apple account to recover an eligible purchase; the result depends on its status and account association.
Deleting Tidumi or your account neither cancels a subscription nor requests a refund. Cancel separately with Apple. Request App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides under its rules and applicable law. Email us if paid access is not provided or you believe your rights have been infringed. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights to remedies, price reductions, withdrawal or refunds where the law provides them.
Content and licence
The app is licensed under Apple’s standard EULA. These terms supplement it with Tidumi service and purchase conditions. Materials are available for personal, non-commercial learning. You may use the sharing functions provided in the app and uses allowed by law; keep any attribution included with shared material. Text, image, audio and software rights belong to Roametry Ltd or their respective rights holders. Individual materials and sources may have their own licences. Access does not transfer ownership or permit bulk copying, resale or redistribution beyond those app features, the applicable licence or uses allowed by law.
Your messages and reports remain yours; you allow us to use them as needed to respond to your request, investigate the reported issue and improve the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your messages or give us an unrestricted licence to use them for unrelated purposes. Do not submit others’ confidential information or material you have no right to share. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Quality, availability and liability
Materials are for general education. AI tools assist in preparing some text, images and audio; materials may contain errors or become outdated. Check important information against appropriate sources. Materials do not replace individual medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Report errors or rights concerns through the content report function or email. We do not promise a particular learning outcome or uninterrupted availability; maintenance and faults can temporarily limit service.
We remain responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any liability that the law prohibits limiting. Mandatory digital content/service quality requirements and consumer remedies remain applicable.
Deletion, changes and disputes
Delete your account in Settings, including a guest account. The main activity and progress records, saved content and linked sign-in identity are removed; technical records, logs, backups and purchase information may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Irreversibly deleted data cannot be recovered through ordinary sign-in.
We may update the service and these terms to maintain security and compatibility, correct errors, update educational material or comply with law. Material changes affecting paid access remain subject to applicable advance-notice, consent, cancellation and compensation requirements. New terms do not remove accrued rights or retroactively change completed purchases.
Email info@tidumi.app with questions or disputes. The law of England and Wales applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. You may use courts or consumer authorities available under applicable law; these terms do not impose exclusive UK jurisdiction.
